Ben Boyum

Ben Boyum, Chief Executive Officer

Ben Boyum has guided DCM Services, LLC, creator of Probate Finder OnDemand, to its market-leading position in the deceased debt industry by providing leadership to the company's strategic initiatives involving probate technology and solutions, information technology, human resources and operations.

In 2007, Ben joined DCM Services after more than 30 years with Cargill, Inc., where he held senior leadership positions in information technology, finance and operations, in both the United States and Europe.

Ben has a proven track record of delivering organizational change across multiple businesses and countries including the site selection, startup and management of an operation that provided a suite of financial services to a $50 billion company with operations in more than 700 locations

Ben is also active on the Board of The American Refugee Committee, a non-profit organization providing transitional and supporting services to 2.5 million refugees around the world.

Ben received a Bachelor of Arts from Moorhead State University, Minnesota.

DeAnna Busby Rast

DeAnna Busby-Rast, Executive Vice President of Business Development

DeAnna is known as an expert in the receivables industry and is highly recognized as a consultative partner who seeks to understand long-term business goals and service expectations to ensure service delivery meets the highest standards of performance.

DeAnna brings to DCM Services more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, account management and training; more than ten years of account receivables experience; and domestic and international sales and training expertise.

DeAnna received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from Bellevue University.

Tracey Bannochie

Tracey Bannochie, Chief Operating Officer

Tracey brings nearly two decades of call center management experience to the DCM Services team. Her experience includes customer care through late-stage recovery call center operations, in addition to first-party and third-party roles. She has managed multi-location call centers, including new center acquisitions and integration. She has held senior operational roles at both Risk Management Alternatives and I.C. System.

Tracey Bannochie received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Minnesota.

Paul Hemstock

Paul Hemstock, Chief Technology Officer

With 25 years experience in the information technology field, Paul brings both technology and leadership experience to DCM Services. Prior to joining DCM Services, Paul held a number of technology leadership positions for Cargill, Inc., in the United States, Europe and Asia. His past experience includes infrastructure design and implementation, data-center management and disaster-recovery planning and implementation.

Paul received a B.S., in Computer Science, from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Shawn Brown

Shawn Brown, Executive Vice President and Controller

Shawn is known as an expert in facilitating annual business planning processes around strategic initiatives for sales.

Shawn brings to DCM Services a high level of experience in integrating sales objectives and operational plans to support the company vision.

Shawn received his Masters of Accountancy, at Truman State University.


Chris Isensee, Vice President — Operations

Chris brings to DCM Services more than fifteen years of experience as a Director and Collection Manager for NCO Financial (formerly Risk Management Alternatives and Associated Bureaus).

Chris maintains client relationships, creating and implementing key strategies related to performance and operations. he leads and directs front-line operations management staff.

Chris received a B.S., in Broad Area Business, Management and Economics, from University of Wisconsin, River Falls.

Tiffany Jansen

Tiffany Jansen, Vice President — Business Development

Tiffany’s previous role with DCM Services as an internal collections manager has helped her fully understand the organization from both sales and operational perspectives. She also gained management experience as an Office Intermediate Specialist III at the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

Tiffany received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law and Social Deviance, from University of Minnesota.
