Crystal Allen, VP of Financial Planning & Analysis
Crystal has over 20 years of call center experience and has been a member of our Business Analytics team for over 10 years. Crystal and her team work closely with all departments within our organization to ensure they have analytical tools that track performance trends, identify areas of opportunities, provide insights to our clients, and empower managers to make decisions. Crystal’s role within the organization was recently expanded to focus on developing operational enhancements and strategies aimed toward ensuring all departments deliver services and solutions that meet our clients’ needs and are aligned with DCMS strategic initiatives. Crystal received a MBA from the University of St. Thomas and has a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
