In 2018 DCM Services (DCMS) celebrated an important milestone; for 20 years, our organization has respectively shaped the estate recoveries industry, influencing a myriad of markets in partnership with world-renown organizations. In 2019, our communications committee dubbed CHAT, along with our Leadership team, took time to review and reflect on our organizational Mission and Values. They spent months listening to our employees and discussing how we could strategically create a stronger sense of connection to our mission and values, which have remained static for nearly a decade.
After months of deliberation and collaboration, DCM Services’ new mission statement was finalized: Inspired to create solutions. Although short in nature, each part of this phrase can be derived from the strong values we strive to embody each day:
Inspired: At DCM Services, we are driven and motivated by the opportunity to elevate our industry holistically.
To create: Through innovation we impact the lives of our clients, their customers, their families, and our employees.
Solutions: Our solutions extend beyond products and services. We approach every situation with attention and purpose to meet needs today and in the future.
Alongside our new mission statement is a set of reimagined values. At DCM Services our values reflect who we are and what we stand for collectively as an organization. We value:

We are excited to announce that we have officially debuted our new mission and set of values throughout DCMS. This rollout aims to permeate every aspect of our corporate culture and will be a continuous process throughout the year.
