Martha Hanson, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Martha Hanson serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for DCM Services. In her role, she is responsible for leading the internal processes for promoting and ensuring DCM Services’ compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and contracts, and its risk management and complaint management programs. Martha also formulates and implements DCM Services’ policies and procedures, making sure they are communicated and trained across the company.

Martha joined the organization in 2006 as an attorney and provided legal guidance related to probate and collection matters. She relies on her industry and organizational experience in offering recommendations to DCM Services’ leadership.

Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University, a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
