Steve Barker, SPHR, Senior Vice President of Human Resources

As SVP of Human Resources, Steve Barker oversees all aspects of HR strategy and execution for DCM Services. He is charged with strengthening DCM Services ability to attract, develop, and retain the diverse talent necessary to take us to new heights. Steve has been a leader in HR for over 20 years and brings expertise in aligning strategy, people, capabilities, and culture to deliver results and accelerate growth. Prior to joining DCM Services, he built his career in various HR leadership positions, evolving HR from traditional task-oriented operations to one focused on PEOPLE throughout their entire life cycle, from recruitment to retirement.
